Maintainance and support
SlotScanner™ monitors a vital part of your casino operation: the slots floor and the cage. We understand how mission-critical it is to have the system up and running at all times. That is why we provide around the clock maintenance and support. |
Standard software maintenance and support
Our engineers are available for SlotScanner™ related consultations, problem solving, explanation, maintenance and support calls from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central European time.
Extended software maintenance and support
For emergency calls, related to a major mission-critical malfunction or problem, our engineers are available to our customers also outside business hours, including weekends and public holidays.
On-site maintenance and support
Should a problem arise, which can not be solved via telephone or e-mail, Advansys engineers will visit the customer's site within 48 hours plus actual travel time.
Free enhancements and updates
Advansys develops new releases and versions of SlotScanner™ software based on new market demands and reported improvement requirements. Our customers receive such enhancements and updates free of charge. |
