Advansys showcased SlotScanner at Fadja 2009

The company's mission to successfully establish itself on the international market by developing, producing and selling IT systems for the gaming industry has reached a new point. Advansys for the first time showcased the whole range of its innovative products SlotScanner™ at the Andean Gaming Trade Show (Fadja), that took place in Bogota, Colombia, from 22-23 April. The fair gathered together around 150 exhibitors from 32 countries, mainly global operators and manufacturers in the gaming and entertainment, as well as more than 5000 visitors among authorities, special guests and entrepreneurs on the gaming and entertainment market.

Fadja, with more a decade in the same venue, represents an ideal space to do the business, reach new markets and exchange experiences about new technologies. Being aware of this and aiming to penetrate to the rising and developing markets of South America in near future, Advansys exhibited its products and promoted its brand independently, on its own stand #43. Like on various similar recent occasions in the other promising markets in the world, it was proved again that this Slovenian company is able and dares to be an independent player on global market

The Advansys`s perspective on the South American markets could be even brighter due to the fact, that the company, which originates from the country with strict gaming law, up to now has had plenty of opportunities to test its products in such demanding legislation, as it covers nearly 90% of the Slovenian market in the field of innovative IT systems for the gaming industry. On the other side, it is capable to be flexible enough to quickly respond and customize to new trends and to clients’ wishes and needs, taking into consideration the local gaming legislation.

  2007 G2E Asia
2007 G2E Asia in Macau was Advansys' first appearance in the Far East. With many local markets in the rise this is a bold move for a Slovenian company, which is trying to impress the mid-size slot operators with the superb value&price ratio of its Slotscanner products family. With products varying from Accounting&Cage and Ticketing to Player Tracking, Advansys could expect positive feedback as the Asian operators face tougher times with growing competition and fight for players loyalty. Visitors at the show are expressing a lot of interest for Slotscanner, which delivers all the goods the larger software providers do, but for significantly less expense for the buyer. A prospect of a link-up with a local partner is foreseen in the near future, as local hands are needed to support the after-sales and especially maintenance.

  SlotScanner™Ticketing launched
Summer of this year was a very successful period for the Advansys R&D team, who have successfully brought the SlotScanner™Ticketing project to a close. The new solution is used for the management of ticket-in, ticket-out slot operations.
SlotScanner™Ticketing has been operating with great success since autumn in the new Grand Casino Zagreb, located in the famous hotel Sheraton in Zagreb.
SlotScanner™Ticketing is an upgrade to SlotScanner™Accounting & Cage and it operates on all slot machines that support reading and printing of cash-out tickets. Ticketing is very popular with players that value the privacy of their play, simplicity of use and instant transfer of credits from one machine to another.
SlotScanner™Ticketing is the right solution for operators that want to increase the efficiency and profitability of their slot floor by reducing or eliminating hopper fills and decreasing labour costs.

Hit monitors its slot-floors exclusively with SlotScanner™
Hit is one of the largest casino operators in Europe with over 2.000 slot machines and gaming revenue of over 168 million Euros. Hit is also known as one of the most demanding casino operators in relation to the casino software and hardware vendors. As of 2004, SlotScanner™ is effectively monitoring all of their slot-floors with a largest installation covering 900 slot machines. Advansys tackled the challenge of providing a system solution which would meet the needs of such a demanding customer and at the same time comply with extremely strict government regulation in less than a year.

    SlotScanner with new interface
SlotScanner is upgraded with a new interface to a pager system used by personnel in casinos, that enables to get selected information from a slot machine automatically to the pager. That results in faster response of the personnel and greater player satisfaction.

    New challenges, new venues
Advansys will be moving into a new exclusive technology laboratory in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, in the end of 2005. As the fast development is followed by a major increase in number of employees, the new offices will provide more appropriate work environment for the Advansys team.

    Maintenance and support depar™ent established
Following the first set of installations of SlotScanner™, the need for an independent maintenance and support depar™ent emerged. As of the beginning of 2004 new maintenance and support team is performing the guaranteed 24/7 support for all customers.

    SlotScanner™ launched
As a result of a two-year iNIT Slots system development and amplified effort to meet the increased market demand for slot systems, SlotScanner™ was introduced in November 2003. First installations followed in the beginning of 2004.
